- Create design proofs and production files for your order;
- Send order updates, reminders, and fulfillment notifications;
- Send occasional marketing messages, only if you have opted in;
- Improve our products and customer experience.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the studio, including:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosts our application data, accounts, and uploaded files;
- Google — provides optional sign-in through your Google account;
- Square — issues and processes invoices for your order;
- Pirate Ship — purchases shipping labels when your order ships.
These providers are contractually required to handle your data only for the services they perform for us.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with access limited to the studio owner. Uploaded inspiration images and production files are kept in private storage and are not displayed publicly unless you explicitly approve them for the gallery or portfolio.
5. Your choices
You can update your contact preferences or request deletion of your account and project data by emailing support@craftsbydepietro.com. If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
