Why isn't there a checkout?

Every piece is made to order, so the price depends on materials, size, quantity, and complexity. You send a request, we confirm the details, and I send an invoice through Square once everything is approved.

How does payment work?

After we agree on the design and price, you'll receive a Square invoice by email or text. Production begins once it's paid.

How long does an order take?

Most personalized pieces take one to three weeks. Fully custom projects and bulk orders take longer, and I'll always give you a realistic date before you commit.

Are the AI concepts the final artwork?

No. Concepts are a fast way to explore directions together. Once you pick one, I redraw and refine it into production-ready artwork and send you a proof to approve.

Can I send my own photo or design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload inspiration images, logos, or photos in the AI builder or with your request, and I'll tell you what will reproduce well.

Do you take bulk or business orders?

Accepted Answer

Regularly — branded drinkware, apparel, client gift sets, and event signage. Larger quantities get tiered pricing.

Can I change something after approving a proof?

Accepted Answer

Reach out as soon as possible. Before production starts, changes are usually easy. After materials are cut or printed, changes may require a new piece.

Yes, plus local pickup and delivery where possible. We'll sort out fulfillment when we confirm your order.
