Handmade Means One of a Kind
We don't mass-produce anything. Every order is designed, created, and finished just for you. Because each piece is handmade and made to order, no two items will ever be exactly alike — and we think that's part of the magic.
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your phone, tablet, or computer screen due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, materials, and lighting. While we take great care with every order, slight handmade variations in color, placement, texture, or finish are a natural part of creating custom products and make each piece uniquely yours.
Natural Materials
Many of our products are created using natural materials such as wood, leather, acrylic, and other specialty surfaces. These materials may have unique grain patterns, knots, texture variations, or slight color differences. These natural characteristics are part of the material itself and are not considered defects—they're what make every handmade piece truly one of a kind.
Before Production
Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, personalization details, and uploaded artwork before approving your design or placing your order. We create your custom item based on the information provided and any approved proofs.
If you have any questions or would like changes before production begins, we're always happy to help. Once your design has been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
No payment is taken here. I review every request personally, confirm the details, and send a Square invoice once everything is approved.
